Kylling i karry med hakket kylling – Nem million kylling

Chicken Curry with Minced Chicken

Chicken curry with minced chicken – easy comfort food the whole family loves.

This version of chicken curry – also known as million kylling, a nod to the Danish minced-beef classic millionbøf – is a hit with children and adults alike.
It is made with minced chicken and plenty of finely diced vegetables, which gives it a creamy, juicy and thoroughly satisfying texture. And as a bonus: when the vegetables are cut small, the cooking time is minimal – perfect for busy weeknights.
The flavour is mild, rounded and full of comfort – just as a chicken curry should be. It is also easy to adjust the heat, depending on the type of curry powder you use. Taste and adapt it to your family’s palate – the little ones will love it, and the grown-ups can spice theirs up with a little chilli.

Serve it with, for example

  • Classic boiled rice or noodles
  • Cauliflower rice or courgetti for a greener take
  • A spoonful of crème fraîche on top for a little extra creaminess

It is a versatile, easy dish that delivers a little everyday luxury with minimal effort.

      Warm wishes, Dianna

Ny go to kylling i karry – og hurtigere med hakket kylling, end at skulle skære og stege kyllingebryst. Virkelig god smag!

    • Hej Sofie
Ej hvor dejligt at høre – tusind tak for din skønne besked 🙂

      Rigtig dejlig dag 🙂
      Warm wishes, Dianna

    • Hej Annie

      Warm wishes, Dianna
