Chia pudding with skyr and mango – Easy chia pudding with mango purée and skyr.
This chia pudding with skyr and mango makes a really good, easy breakfast. It is creamy and fresh, topped with a bright mango purée and a little crunchy granola.
The pudding itself takes just a few minutes to stir together with chia seeds, milk, mango skyr, vanilla and a little honey – and then the fridge does the rest. It simply sits overnight, and the next morning you have a filling breakfast ready and waiting.
*If you don’t have mango skyr, vanilla skyr works just as well. In that case I would suggest using 50 ml less skyr, and then stirring 50 ml of mango purée into the pudding the next day, so you still get that lovely mango flavour.
You can choose to make extra mango purée – or simply top the finished pudding with a little less. It is up to you.
Before serving, give the pudding a quick stir and top with fresh mango purée and granola. A simple but genuinely good breakfast that is fresh, filling and easy to take with you on the go.
The mango purée keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days – so it is worth making a larger batch.

Virkeligt nem at lave – og smager super godt! Toppede med friske bær i stedet for musli.
