Blinis with salmon salad and Philadelphia cream cheese.
The easiest appetiser, perfect for a tapas spread, or as finger food at a New Year’s Eve party, a graduation party or on a warm summer’s day with friends.
The salmon salad is made with Philadelphia – simple, and wonderfully creamy.
Blinis with salmon salad come together in no time, and if you buy ready-made blinis, all you need to do is fry them in butter before assembling the bites.
Hot-smoked salmon salad is a lovely spread, and its mild flavour makes it perfect as a canapé, snack or appetiser.
You can also serve it on crushed potatoes, in croustades or on toasted Danish rye bread (rugbrød) or white bread – easy and delicious.
