Bananmuffins med chokolade og mandler

Banana Muffins with Chocolate and Almonds

It happens quite often that we have a couple of slightly overripe bananas lying around at home that didn’t get eaten in time, – and that is no problem at all, because then I have an excuse to bake these wonderfully indulgent banana muffins.

They taste wonderful, are soft and moist inside, and it is really not a bad way to use up a few ripe bananas.

They are very easy to make, the children love helping to bake them, and there is nothing cosier than having the little ones in the kitchen with you.
