This couscous tabbouleh is wonderfully fresh and bright in flavour, with plenty of crunch. It’s no secret that you have to love parsley – a lot of parsley – but we certainly do in our house. I prefer flat-leaf parsley in this tabbouleh, but if you prefer curly parsley, that works just as well.
The salad makes a lovely side for all sorts of meat and summer barbecues, or try it with these delicious Arabic flatbreads with couscous patties (couscous frikadeller) – it tastes fantastic.
Personally I like it on the sharp side, as I usually serve it alongside dishes with plenty of depth and flavour – but adjust the amount of lemon to suit your own taste buds.

Super nem at lave og lækkert til både kødretter og alene med et stykke brød til
