Crisp kammerjunkere (small Danish biscuits, traditionally served with koldskål) with a lovely flavour of lemon and vanilla. Baking your own kammerjunkere is very easy, and it makes a cosy little project too – our eldest girl loves it.
Shape the dough into little balls the size of a pebernød (a hazelnut-sized Danish spiced biscuit), press them flat and bake them, and you have the crispest kammerjunkere with a delicate taste of vanilla, butter and lemon.
Serve them with this homemade koldskål (Danish cold buttermilk dessert soup).

Super alternativ til de købte, som har lang ingrediensliste
