A wonderfully good bread for the table, with a really moist crumb and a crisp, golden crust all the way round.
The dough is very wet, which gives a moist bread that does not dry out at all, – a bread very much like focaccia.
Serve it alongside barbecued food, soups and salads, or use it for a toasted sandwich.
