Small oven-baked potatoes served with full-fat crème fraîche and caviar – a delicious appetiser that is very easy to make and a real hit with guests.
Even those who aren’t the biggest caviar fans can join in, because the combination as a whole is simply so good. The slightly crisp potato is wonderful with the cold crème fraîche, topped with caviar and a few crushed crisps.
We were inspired by this appetiser when some friends served it to us, and it has been on the table at our house several times since.
