Fresh, fruity blackberry jam with a hint of star anise, – perfect for the dessert table, a cheeseboard or simply spread on a freshly baked bread roll.
The star anise gives it a gentle note of liquorice without ever coming through strongly, just a subtle undertone. If you are not keen on star anise, you can easily leave it out.
It is quick and easy to make, and homemade jam simply tastes far more of sun-ripened berries.

Tror du at jeg ville kunne bruge lidt lakridspulver i stedet for stjerneanis?
