A wonderful pizza with mozzarella and grilled aubergine, finished with cold blue cheese, rocket and walnuts.
This pizza was something of an experiment – I simply had a feeling these elements would work well together, and I have to say they really did.
So if you like blue cheese, I can warmly recommend this one.
