Cremet spidskålssalat med agurk, dild og græskyoghurt

Creamy pointed cabbage salad with cucumber and dill

Creamy, crunchy pointed cabbage salad with cucumber and red onion – tossed in a lovely dressing made with Greek yoghurt and dill.
This pointed cabbage salad simply tastes wonderful. It crunches with every mouthful and has a mild, fresh flavour.
Creamy pointed cabbage salad goes with everything from a mixed barbecue to Greek-spiced chicken in flatbread, a roast chicken, baked salmon or a stuffed pork tenderloin.
It is incredibly easy to make and goes with most things.
You can make the salad ahead and keep it in the fridge – but do take it out about 20 minutes before serving so the dressing isn’t too thick.
I like to use small snack cucumbers (mini cucumbers) in this salad – I find they have a great crunch, a good flavour and not too much watery core. If your cucumber has a lot of seedy core, I would recommend scraping some of it out so the dressing doesn’t turn watery if the salad is going to sit in the fridge.

Er det ikke muligt at bruge et mere fedtfattigt produkt end 10% græsk yoghurt?
