Welcome to my recipe for an indulgent, generously filled kebab sandwich.
The kebab sandwich is a favourite with many, and it is incredibly easy to make. You can use shop-bought kebab meat or take leftover meat from the fridge and season it with my homemade kebab spice mix to give it that authentic kebab flavour.
Fill your sandwich roll with crisp salad and top it with plenty of either crème fraîche dressing or garlic dressing – it makes the sandwich extra juicy and moreish. Perfect for both lunch and dinner, and a sure-fire hit with the whole family.
Try it yourself – it is much cheaper than buying one as a takeaway.
