Pizza bianco topped with gambas al ajillo – what a winner.
This pizza went straight to our garlic-prawn-loving hearts – it tastes ridiculously good.
The base is spread with mascarpone and topped with prawns marinated in garlic and chilli, then scattered with a little fresh parsley just before serving. It has without doubt become one of the favourites in our house – a pizza that brings a real taste of sunshine and summer to the table.
