Fresh plaice fillets cooked with summer vegetables in a creamy sauce, – a lovely summery dish that you can of course make all year round.
It is very easy to make, and it tastes wonderful. The sauce is heavenly and full of flavour, – our youngest eats it with a spoon at home. A flavourful cream sauce, though without the classic slightly thick consistency, – this one is lighter and more delicately creamy.
