A simple pizza topped with homemade tomato sauce and cheese, – plain and good.
The girls love this completely simple pizza Margherita with nothing but tomato sauce and mozzarella.
If it were up to the youngest members of the family, it would just be grated mozzarella on top, but this version with a good buffalo mozzarella makes it a rather more enjoyable experience.
The pizza is, of course, baked in our Morsø Forno pizza oven.
