Pizza Bismarck

A really good pizza built on a homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and a fried egg in the middle.
Simple and full of flavour – there is just something about an egg on a pizza.
For this pizza we used our quick sourdough pizza base; the sourdough gives the dough a wonderful depth of flavour.
