Grilled Danish beef patties (hakkebøf) served with new Danish potatoes and a warm bean salad – a lovely Danish summer dish.
The sun is shining, and the only thing to do is enjoy as much time outdoors as possible – which is why we cook a great deal of our dinners on the barbecue.
This dish is very easy to put together, and it is proper summer food if you ask me.
I like to use fresh beans for the bean salad; I find it gives a crisper, more appealing salad – but frozen beans can of course be used too.
