A really easy and very good bread baked in a foil tray – the crumb is moist and airy, with a wonderfully chewy crust.
I love baking bread and varying it: with and without sourdough, cold-proved overnight or quick-risen – the possibilities are endless and the loaves taste very different from one another.
This is my favourite cold-proved bread. It tastes so good and is unbelievably easy to make.
