A homemade chive mayonnaise, – perfect for smørrebrød (open-faced rye bread sandwiches) or as a dip for small appetisers.
I make this mayo for my deep-fried quail eggs, among other things, – a lovely appetiser that is very easy to make and tastes wonderful.
