A simple, elegant and truly delicious carpaccio pizza with crisp rocket, walnuts and truffle oil.
I had this pizza at a lovely Italian restaurant in Helsingør recently, and it tasted wonderful. I’ve added walnuts because I think they complement the carpaccio and truffle oil beautifully, but they can easily be left out if nuts on pizza aren’t your thing.
