A simple, delicious pizza topped with goat’s cheese and pesto, fresh rocket, walnuts and balsamic. A really satisfying combination with plenty of flavour and substance.
I love pizza bianco – without a tomato base you can bring out some wonderful flavours, and this one with goat’s cheese is one of my favourites.
The sweet, syrupy balsamic glaze is a lovely counterpoint to the rich goat’s cheese and the peppery rocket.
