Salmon salad with cream cheese, – just a handful of ingredients, easy and delicious.
This salmon salad with Philadelphia tastes wonderful, – it calls for a minimum of ingredients and can be stirred together in no time.
Serve it on a slice of toasted Danish rye bread (rugbrød), in a sandwich or as small bites on crisp rye bread, blinis or similar.
I like to top the salmon salad with finely sliced spring onions, but you can also add a little finely sliced red onion to the salad.
The salmon salad can be made earlier in the day, or the day before, and kept in the fridge until it is to be served.

Tror du at laksesalaten kan fryses?
Tak for opskriften og glædelig jul
Hej Christina
Jeg synes godt at varmrøget laks kan blive vandet når det fryses, så ved ikke hvordan det fungerer at fryse den, desværre:)
Warm wishes, Dianna
