Beautiful green surroundings with water, woodland floor and trees. There is plenty of air and open space around you, and yet you find yourself wrapped in the lovely greenery of nature.

Admittedly, we also checked in on the most glorious spring weekend in April, so the weather was truly on our side, but those surroundings, wow.

Staying at Nørre Vosborg

My husband and I have had the great pleasure, and experience, of a stay at Nørre Vosborg.

In April, when the woods are fresh spring green, the temperatures were mild and the sun shone from a cloudless sky, we checked in for a weekend.

We booked the suite, which sits slightly apart from the other rooms, in Vosborg Lille (as the house is called).

And you really do get a lot for your money. Such a cosy room with a view of the woods, and wonderful to open the windows and hear the birds singing.

So peaceful and quiet, honestly, wow.

The estate has 2 restaurants, and as our stay lasted two days, we had the pleasure of dining at both of them, N.V. Tasting and Classique.
