• ▢ 10 cl Disaronno
• ▢ 5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ▢ 1 cl sugar syrup
• ▢ 2 pasteurised egg whites
• ▢ Plenty of ice cubes and 2 slices of lemon, to serve

Method

• Fill a shaker with plenty of ice cubes and pour over the Disaronno, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg whites.
• Shake the drink thoroughly, – you should be able to feel the outside of the shaker turn cold, and the drink should have a good layer of foam on top when you open the shaker.
• Fill two glasses with ice, pour over the drink, garnish with lemon and enjoy it ice cold.
