Bagt havregrød med kakao - Bagt havregrød i Airfryer

Baked oats with cocoa – Baked oats in the air fryer

Easy chocolate baked oats, made with cocoa and dark chocolate. Lovely for breakfast, as a mid-morning bite or a snack.
Baked oats are very easy to make, – and they cook beautifully in the air fryer.
They are high in protein and fibre, so they keep you full for a long time.
The oat mixture is blended to a smooth cream and then poured into ramekins or muffin tins.
If you bake them in small muffin tins they need less time, – check them when you are halfway through.
Baked oats with cocoa taste wonderful warm for breakfast, but they can also go cold into a packed lunch in small muffin tins. Children love them.

Reheating baked oats
A portion of baked oats reheats perfectly well, – so if a portion does not get eaten, simply put it in the fridge.
It reheats quickly and easily in the microwave, where it needs no more than 30-45 seconds.

  • Grease your ramekins or tins with a little butter or oil and divide the mixture between them.
Fill them to about 1 cm below the rim, – they rise during baking.
  • Scatter the chocolate buttons over the top and stir them lightly into the top layer.
  • Bake the oats in a preheated conventional oven (top and bottom heat) at 180°C for approx. 16-18 minutes.
2-3 minutes before they are done, you can give the tops a quick stir with a fork.
Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Top with a little chocolate sauce, fresh berries, Greek yoghurt or similar, if you like.

      Warm wishes, Dianna
