This Chopped Club Sandwich is inspired by the popular viral trend where all the ingredients are chopped together into a hearty, generous “sandwich salad”. Perfect if you love a classic club sandwich but fancy a modern twist.
Juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh vegetables and creamy curry dressing are chopped and mixed together so every bite is full of flavour.
It is all served in crisp toasted rolls, which makes it an ideal choice for a quick lunch or an easy dinner.
