Spinach wrap with cottage cheese – a healthy, creamy wrap with chicken and greens.
The viral cottage cheese wraps are popular for good reason – they are easy to make, packed with protein and endlessly versatile.
Here I have made a green version with spinach and pointed cabbage, which adds both colour and extra flavour – and the base turns out soft and pliable when it is baked golden in the oven.
The wrap is spread with creamy Caesar dressing and filled with strips of chicken, avocado, red pointed cabbage and crisp lettuce – a combination that strikes just the right balance between freshness, creaminess and crunch.
Perfect as a healthy lunch, in a packed lunch or as a quick and easy dinner.
