Here is a luxurious menu to ring in the New Year – caviar, truffle and plenty of flavour.
The menu is for those who love good food and have a weakness for going that little bit further.
Serve your caviar on homemade butter-fried blinis, buy some good hand-peeled prawns for the canapés, and top your risotto balls with freshly grated truffle.
The pan-fried turbot is about as heavenly as fish gets, and the lavish Beef Wellington is a winner for flavour and wow factor alike. The latter can also be finished with a little freshly grated truffle before serving – the two go perfectly hand in hand.
And finally a champagne cheesecake for dessert, to round off the dinner in style.
