Juicy chicken and crisp vegetables in a wonderfully creamy Cajun sauce.
Chicken in Cajun sauce can be on the table in under 30 minutes, and it delivers a great deal of flavour and substance.
If you follow the timings in the recipe, your vegetables will keep a pleasant bite, which goes beautifully with the creamy sauce.
Season the chicken breasts and then dust them in flour – it gives them a lovely golden crust when they are fried.
You can make everything in the same pan, as in the recipe – or fry the chicken breasts in a separate pan; it is entirely up to you.
Serve your chicken in Cajun sauce with boiled rice, potatoes, gnocchi or your favourite pasta.
Cajun seasoning/Cajun spice mix is available in larger supermarkets or online, but you can also blend your own using this recipe for homemade Cajun seasoning – click here.

Endnu en super lækker ret fra dig
Nem at tilberede
Tak for alle dine lækre opskrifter
Hej Lisbeth
Warm wishes, Dianna
Elsker denne ret
Tusind tak for de søde ord Sandie 🙂
Warm wishes, Dianna
Hej Hanne
Åhhh hvor dejligt at høre – tusind tak for din dejlige besked 🙂
Warm wishes, Dianna
Hej Diana.
Warm wishes, Dianna
Hej
Hej Jeanet
Du kan sagtens bruge mascarpone i stedet for:)
