Strawberry Drink with Rum and Lime - Strawberry Slush
Recipe for an easy, refreshing strawberry drink in the style of a frozen strawberry daiquiri. Made with freeze-at-home ice pops, fresh strawberries, rum and lime.

Ingredients
- 5 strawberry freeze-at-home ice pops - I use Sun Lolly
- 4-6 large strawberries
- 8 cl white rum
- 4 cl lime juice
- Fresh mint to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Put the ice pops in a blender or mini chopper together with the fresh strawberries, lime juice and rum, and blend to a soft slush.
- Divide your strawberry drink between 2 glasses, and garnish with mint and a straw.*It can also be served as shots in shot glasses.
