Pornstar Martini - Passion Fruit Martini

Ingredients

  • 9 cl vanilla vodka *see note in the method
  • 3 cl Passoã (passion fruit liqueur)
  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cl passion fruit syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 passion fruit, for the top
  • 2 shots champagne or prosecco

Instructions

  • Combine the vanilla vodka, passion fruit syrup, Passoã and lime juice in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake the drink well until thoroughly chilled.
    *If you can't find vanilla vodka, you can add about 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar to the shaker – or a splash of vanilla syrup.
  • Pour the drinks into 2 cocktail glasses, top each with 1/2 passion fruit and serve with a shot of champagne or prosecco on the side.
    *You can also top the drink with the champagne – it's up to you.
