Instructions
Overnight oats
Combine the oats, chia seeds, vanilla sugar, salt, maple syrup or honey, yogurt and milk in a bowl and stir well. Put the lid on and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, – but preferably overnight. You can also mix the ingredients in 2 serving glasses with lids, – just make sure there is enough room for the topping the next day. That makes it easy to take with you on the go, or to simply grab a glass in the morning or for a quick lunch.
Strawberry purée
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, – strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
Bring to the boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the strawberries are soft.
Blend to a smooth purée and leave to cool in the fridge.
Overnight oats with strawberries
Divide your overnight oats between 2 serving glasses, top with about 50 ml strawberry purée, plenty of fresh strawberries and a couple of spoonfuls of granola.
