1 1/2tspground cinnamon
1 1/2tspvanilla sugar

Instructions
Overnight oats with cinnamon and apple
Combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, salt, maple syrup or honey, yogurt and milk in a bowl and stir well. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight. You can also divide the mixture between 2 serving jars with lids – make sure there is enough room for the topping the next day. That makes it easy to take with you on the go, or simply to grab a jar in the morning or for a quick lunch.
Just before serving, top your overnight oats with the diced apple and roughly chopped nuts.
Good to know about overnight oats
Overnight oats keep for 4-5 days in the fridge, provided all the ingredients are fresh.Personally, I think they are best within the first 2 days – and since they are so quick to make, I never make more than 2 days' worth at a time.
I recommend using jumbo oats – they give the porridge a lovely consistency and texture. Regular rolled oats can, to my taste, become a little too mushy, but that is of course a matter of personal preference.
