Instructions
Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and fry the mince over a good high heat. Once it is lightly browned, add the onion and spices and season the meat with salt and freshly ground pepper. It is important that the meat is fried over a high heat.
Let the meat continue to fry, still over a good high heat, until it is lightly crisp and well browned.Meanwhile, bring a pan of well-salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
While the meat and pasta are cooking, stir together the ingredients for the yoghurt dressing.Mix the yoghurt with the garlic and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Just before serving, melt the butter in the pan with the meat. Turn the heat down and add the feta and parsley. Toss well and take the pan off the heat.
Drain the pasta and divide it between 4 deep plates.
Top with plenty of yoghurt dressing, the lightly crisp beef, lots of fresh tomatoes and parsley.Drizzle with a little olive oil if you like and season with freshly ground pepper.
