70gEaster marshmallows (marshmallow eggs or chicks)
Instructions
Roughly chop the mini Easter eggs and snip the marshmallows into smaller pieces with scissors.
Pour the whipping cream, condensed milk and vanilla sugar into a bowl and whisk until the mixture thickens. It should be thick enough to hold the Easter eggs and marshmallows without them sinking to the bottom.
Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and fold them into the cream.
Fold the Easter eggs and marshmallows into the ice cream mixture - set a little aside for the top if you like.
Pour the mixture into a container and top with a few of the reserved Easter eggs, if using.
Cover the ice cream and freeze for about 4 hours. Take it out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
