Whip the cream to very soft peaks, add the condensed milk and whisk or stir until well combined.Take care not to overwhip the mixture – it should be soft and airy.

Spoon half the ice cream mixture into a freezer-proof container, drizzle with a little chocolate sauce and swirl it through the mixture with a spoon. Repeat with the next layer and finish with the remaining chocolate sauce on top.
Top the ice cream with a little extra filling if you like, cover and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
